I. Cost Components

1. UPS International Express Pricing

UPS volumetric weight calculation formula: Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) / 5000. Billing weight is calculated by comparing the actual weight and volumetric weight of each piece, taking the larger value, and then summing them up. (Example: For a shipment with two pieces, A and B, where Actual Weight A=15kg, B=8kg, and Volumetric Weight A=10kg, B=16kg, the Billing Weight is 15 + 16 = 31kg).

2. UPS International Express Surcharges
Remote Area Surcharge: Shipments to remote areas incur a surcharge of 3.5 RMB/KG * current month's fuel surcharge, with a minimum charge of 171 RMB * current month's fuel surcharge per shipment.
Textile Fee: According to the latest 2011 regulations from the Hong Kong Trade Department, only shipments to the US require an import license; a fee of 50 RMB per shipment applies (Nigeria does not accept textiles).
Fuel Surcharge: Subject to the rates published on the UPS website; adjusted monthly.

II. Calculation Method for Irregular Packaging Surcharge
1. The following items incur a surcharge of 40 RMB per piece: (These are cumulative charges; if multiple conditions are met, fees will be added for each applicable piece). Any items packaged in metal or wooden shipping containers.

    ① Any cylindrical objects not fully wrapped in corrugated cardboard, such as drums, barrels, pails, or tires.
② Any package where the longest side exceeds 152 cm or the second-longest side exceeds 76 cm.
③ Any single piece with an actual weight exceeding 32 kg.

2. The following items incur a surcharge of RMB 388 * fuel / piece (only charged once if multiple conditions are met, but the RMB 40/piece fee still applies if applicable)
① Longest side exceeds 270 CM.
② Length + 2×Width + 2×Height exceeds 330 CM (but must not exceed 419 CM).
③ Single piece actual weight exceeds 69 KG.

III. Transit Time

Calculated from when the package arrives at the UPS warehouse, the estimated normal delivery time is 2-7 working days (this time is from online tracking start until recipient receipt), excluding special circumstances! Delivery times are closely related to customs clearance times at the destination and flight arrangements.

1. Compensation Standards
For short shipments, missing goods, or damaged packages: If the recipient receives a package with inconsistent weight, quantity, or piece count, or a damaged package, please report the loss or damage to the local UPS within 24 hours of receipt. Provide us with the local registration number and accident report within 7 working days for us to file a claim investigation with UPS. Upon UPS verification, the maximum compensation is a waiver of freight fees plus compensation for the declared value of the package, not exceeding 100 USD. Partial damage or loss will be compensated based on the percentage of actual loss to the total quantity, but the maximum compensation will not exceed USD 100. For package loss due to customs inspection—where customs opens the package leading to loss of contents (total or partial) or seizure—our company assumes no responsibility.

V. Important Notes
1. Item Description

    When declaring product names, fill in the actual name and quantity. Declarations as "Gift" or "Sample" are not accepted.

2. Declared Value
UPS has no specific requirements for declared value; customers can decide the amount. It is recommended to declare according to the actual value of the goods to avoid high duties and penalties.

3. Recipient Address
